To supplement the studies, we have huge Library which gets stocked regularly with the latest editions. Each class has been allocated library period in the time table to inculcate reading habits.

• Students are encouraged to utilize the library extensively for their reference and to enjoy reading.
• Students should adhere by the library policy as designed by the librarian.
• The students are expected to make a record of the books borrowed and read from the school library in their diaries.
• Careful handling of the book with no tearing off of pages or underlining is essential.
• If in case of any damages an equivalent amount would the charged.

Most sought after facility is the Computer Lab which has latest systems with internet facilities. The Computer education has been compulsory from Class 1. It is really a treat to watch the tiny tots fiddling with the Computer with excitement. We don't mind breakages so long as small children take interest in Computer education.

We have introduced TATA Class Edge Digital Boards this year on an experimental basis as an aid of learning on the audio-video theory of learning. All the classes from Pre Nursery to plus two have since been introduced to this facility. We are still on the look out to get more effective IT methodology to make class rooms more interactive.

The Sports complex includes a play ground, volley ball courts, basket-ball courts and badminton courts.

The sports at AIPS is designed to upload the spirit of sportsmanship. All students are expected to participate in all events.

The School Clinic is equipped to provide first and during school hours. Periodical medical checkups are arranged for all students and records maintained. Major observation if any will be communicated to the parents.

• The routes of the school buses are worked out with Transport team and the parents should consult the transport manager for necessary details.
• Any change in bus route, pick up /drop point or mode of transport, even for a day, needs to be notified to the school authorities in writing, by parent/authorized guardian.
• The attender / teacher on board /student leaders are responsible for maintaining discipline in the buses.

• Daily attendance will be taken on the bus.
• Children should be ready at their pick-up point five minutes before their pick up time.
• Bus routes are tightly programmed in order to get the children and teachers to school on time. The buses WILL NOT wait for late comers at the stop.
• Each driver / attender will carry a phone. Parents are advised to use this number to inform if your child is not attending school are seek information if the bus is late on the return trip due to traffic jams.
• Bus timing / routes may be periodically changed to help students reach quicker or to accommodate new students. Buses cannot provide door-to-door service, as students should not spend unwarranted time commuting to and from school.
• Students are expected to maintain proper decorum on the bus, failing which, penalties, including exclusion from the bus service, will apply.
